Who can belong to the fidelity El Tesoro Program?

All Colombian or foreign persons, of legal age who present an identification document, complete the registration format in a truthful manner and presents purchase bills from our Shopping Park up to 10 days before the date of registration.

What are the Tesoros and what are they used for?

The Tesoros are points that accumulate with each purchase that our clients register. One purchase is the equivalent of one Tesoro. The more number of Tesoros gives you more opportunities to win in the draws realized through the system of the Fidelity Program. Also, measurement of Tesoros gives us information about the frequency of purchase of each client, which is the basis for the delivery of the El Tesoro VIP card.

How do I acummulate miles?

Each time you register your purchases in our Fidelity Program you are accumulating miles. Have in mind that for each dollar in purchases (according to the daily IATA rate) you receive a mile. Remember that every Wednesday we double mileage for purchases realized and registered that same day.

Where can I ask about my accummulation?

It is as simple as entering http://www.eltesoro.net/tesonline write your data and learn your cumulative register online. If there is any kind of failure during authentication of your data, it is possible that some information has changed since your date of inscription to the program, visit any of our Information Booths, update your data and learn about the accumulated points in your account.

When may I receive my El Tesoro VIP Card?

You may receive your El Tesoro VIP card once you have registered 200 Tesoros and 5,000 TESORO MILES, in a period of 360 consecutive days. The same day you have this accumulation in your account of the Fidelity Program you can ask for your card without releasing Tesoros or Miles.

If you don’t have the minimum conditions and you want to access our card, you should have an antiquity of more than a year of having registered in the Program and have 10,000 TESORO MILES (they will be discounted from your cumulative points). You only have to ask for it at our information booths.
