Thinking about all our clients, we became the first shopping center in the country to offer complete service that guarantees physically challenged people, senior citizens and women in an advanced stage of pregnancy, full mobility from and to all levels of the Commercial Park.
Five steps to make you comfortable:
- When accessing any of our gates ask for your SPECIAL PARKING piece and hang it from your rearview mirror in order to be able to use it.
- Wait for security personnel to notify you of the exact location of the closest available parking space; that way you receive the best service.
- If you need a wheelchair, inform the person at the gate. He will make sure that client service personnel, provides it for you, once you arrive at the parking space.
- When you are ready to leave the Commercial Park, go to the closest information booth. El Tesoro personnel will then accompany you to your parking space and get the wheelchair back.
- Return the SPECIAL PARKING piece at the gate so more people may benefit from this service.
